The life of Anna Gromova, the owner of a capital art-gallery, runs off the rails. As Anna came to know about the unfaithfulness of her husband Igor, she left him and filed for divorce. However, Igor will stop at nothing to hold on his beloved wife: first he arranges that Anna loses all her property after the divorce, than he reaches her gallery. Anna has only one week to pay the rent arrear, otherwise, the gallery will be sold. Besides, it’s time to pay the loan for the apartment, but she has no money. Anna’s friend, an experienced crisis-manager, suggests her to arrange an exhibition of a famous artist Vadim Khorst who has first returned to his native city in years. We come to know that 20 years ago Anna and Vadim used to live in the same town, they were in love and seeing, but Vadim suddenly left for America for study and broke up with Anna. For Anna the betrayal of the man she had loved became a shock she could not recover from. Anna decides to find out what had happened 20 years ago.
