Marusia Burova, a young girl from a northern town, smart and pretty race driver, faces hard times. Marusia has just buried her mother who had brought her up alone. Mother’s brother, uncle Vitia, reasons her to move to the capital where he lives.
Revising the the mother’s papers, Marusia finds her unsent letters to her only lover, Marusia’s father. Marusia decides to find her father. The romantic description matches three candidates at a time – the “three musketeers”, the friends from the old days, now interсonnected by complicated business relations.
Continuing the search, Marina finds herself in the focus of a labyrinthine intrigue which may damage the old “musketeers’” friendship and possibly threatens the life of one of them.
